ORDERING

ALL PRICES ARE SHOWN IN USD. We only ship in the U.S Currently, orders placed online can only be shipped within the continental US. Orders received prior to 2:00 PM EST (M-F) will be processed within the same business day provided that your items are in stock and customer identification is verified. After-hour, weekend, and holiday orders will be processed the next business day.

After an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If there are any discrepancies with your order please contact bohemianbangles.com as soon as possible to correct the issue. 

PAY PAL

If you are paying with Pay Pal, you will be taken to the Pay Pal site to enter your information. You will still be able to enter any discount codes before checking out. 

SHIPPING

FREE US SHIPPING for orders over $50. All other orders ship for a flat rate of $6.95.

 

Taxes

Michigan customers will see the 6% sales tax added on the checkout page.

 

SHIPPING TIME

Please allow 7-14 days for your U.S. order to be delivered. 

Please note-some items will ship to you directly from the manufacturer. If you have multiple items in your order, you might receive separate packages.

If you have a problem with not receiving your order in a timely fashion, please contact us.

We ship many in-store products USPS, because most of our packages are smaller. First Class mail is usually the main shipping method for jewelry and small items we have in-store. You should receive your order within 5 days if it was shipped First Class.

At times we may also use UPS to ship larger orders. Because some of our products ship directly to you from the manufacturer/warehouse, you may receive your items via Fed Express or by whatever shipping method they are using.

Once your order is shipped, we have no control over delays due to weather or carrier processing. Please use your tracking number you receive to track your order.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Because, we are always striving to ship orders as quickly as possible, there is a limited amount of time during which we can modify or cancel your order. If you would like to attempt to modify or cancel your order, please contact us and include your order number and change/cancellation request. We will respond to your e-mail to let you know if we were able to modify or cancel the order.

RETURN POLICY

 

Return Policy

  • We accept returns for store credit only within 14 days from the date the item is received. Once return is processed we will send an email with a gift card code which can be applied at the checkout process. 
  • All returns will be issued in the form of store credit - no exceptions. 
  • Shipping Costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order and you return the items, original shipping costs (charges to ship order to customer) will be deducted from store credit. 
  • Buyer pays for return shipping
  • Please allow 5-7 business days once package is received for return to be processed.
  • We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received and the store credit has been issued. Please keep your tracking number once sending us the items to see if it has arrived as we do not check if returns have been received until processing the returns which can take 5-7 business days. 

 

Please note store credits do not expire!

Exchange

We do not issue exchanges. Simply because an item can sell out while it is being shipped back to us. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, we recommend that you go ahead and purchase that item in your correct size, communicate with us (whether it be through email, facebook, or even a small note on the invoice/packing slip) that you have purchased that item in your correct size and will be returning the wrong size. We will then issue you a refund for the wrong size item back into your payment method once we have received it.

Order Issues

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.   If you believe you have received  a defective item you must contact us within 3 days of receipt. We will not accept any damaged claims after 3 days from the date you receive it. Damaged items must have tags and be unworn, unwashed. We do not guarantee jewelry, items shrinking, etc. no exceptions will be made. Damaged items will need to be returned within the 14 day period or they will be rejected once they are received.

  • Damaged Items - please send us an email with pictures of the damaged item. 
  • If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order please contact our customer service department at bohemianbangles@gmail.com

All purchases, accessories, and packing materials must be in new condition with tags and original packaging to avoid refusal of the returned merchandise or restocking fees.  ANY SIGNS OF WEAR OR REMOVAL, WILL RESULT IN REFUSAL OF YOUR RETURN.
